Meaningful Aging.
Compassionate Eldercare.
Education That Changes How We See People
Aging is about more than getting older.
Behind every diagnosis, behavior, change, or challenge is a person with a history, preferences, relationships, strengths, fears, purpose, and a story that still matters.
My work helps older adults, families, caregivers, and professionals approach aging and eldercare with greater curiosity, confidence, compassion, and understanding.
Then your four areas of focus become a beautiful four-section website feature:
Meaningful Aging
Purpose, connection, identity, autonomy, and emotional well-being throughout later life.
Dementia Care
Compassionate, person-centered approaches that honor feelings, preserve dignity, and engage the whole person.
Caregiver Support
Practical education and tools that help caregivers reduce overwhelm, strengthen confidence, and remain connected to the person they care for.
Education & Empowerment
Practical, evidence-informed education that turns clinical concepts into tools people can understand, remember, and use.
Meet Trinia
Trinia Greene, RN, BSN, NC-BC is a registered nurse, board-certified nurse coach, speaker, and educator specializing in meaningful aging and eldercare.
Her work brings together gerontological nursing knowledge, nurse coaching, person-centered care, and practical education to help older adults, families, caregivers, and professionals better understand the person behind the diagnosis, behavior, or change.
Trinia is especially passionate about emotional well-being in later life, dementia-informed care, caregiver support, purposeful aging, and creating environments where older adults remain seen, heard, valued, and needed.
As a speaker and educator, she translates clinical concepts into compassionate, memorable tools people can actually use while encouraging audiences to replace assumptions with curiosity, listen before rushing to fix, and support older adults without taking away their voice or autonomy.
